NEW - KEEPING IT FRESH on KCBX Public Radio

At 4:00pm on the first Wednesday of the month, join Big Sky Cafe' owner, Charles Myers, as he tours local Farmers Markets and interviews area farmers to see what's in season while discovering unique local products. Lively discussions on the uses of Farmers Market produce and recipes ensue. KCBX/KSBX 90.1 FM.
The past couple of shows have highlighted "Cooking Up a Storm - Recipes lost and found from the Times-Picayune of New Orleans), "Hungry Planet: How the World Eats" at the SLO Art Center, and Highlights from restaurant month in January. Previous shows can be downloaded as a podcast thru the KCBX web site: "http://www.kcbx.org" - select "podcasts" - "Keeping It Fresh".

It took us an unbelievably short 16 days to get reopen after retrofitting.

Check out our new sidewalk patio and indoor/outdoor dining room!
